The other thing you can do is just dumping it in a spoon and consume it that way; It’s an excellent way because it’s tasteless and it’s easy to swallow.
Many people will once again put a bit of it in a coffee in the middle of the day to lift their brain.
Cooking And Finishing Oil.
The last thing you can do is using it as a finished oil.
It’s great to put on salads and it’s great to put on meat and different things. Another thing is that you can cook with it. It has a very high smoke point like coconut oil, and therefore the MCT oil is also excellent for cooking.
